I cannot say enough great things about Jackie Gibson.  In the spring of 2007 we were moving back to the Wheaton area after several years overseas.  We chose Jackie to help us find a home.  Because we were so far away and had limited time to visit Wheaton, it was critical for our realtor to quickly understand what we were looking for.  Jackie did a great job communicating with us via email and phone calls before we came to visit, so by the time we were able to visit she understood exactly what we were looking for.   We did not quickly find what we wanted, which meant my husband had to squeeze in time to look during subsequent business trips to the area.  Jackie was very flexible, arranging her schedule so she could show Dave around when he was available.  She went out of her way to email pictures back to me in England so I could “see” the homes even though I wasn’t in Wheaton.  When I was able to come back for a quick weekend trip to see the home we liked, Jackie made herself available in the midst of a busy family weekend to show us around.  I always appreciated that extra mile she would go to give us the personal attention we needed.
Jackie was also a model of patience and professionalism in the midst of some very difficult situations.  We had offers on two homes fall through; both took several days to resolve.  As the time we had to find a house before our move date got shorter, Jackie always remained optimistic and stayed on top of the changing market to find new properties for us to look at.
The terrific service Jackie provided did not stop once the contract was signed.  Being overseas made it a challenge to arrange inspections, complete the contract, ensure follow-up work was completed, etc.  Jackie willingly stepped in to interface with inspectors, attorneys, and contractors, and maintained communication with us the entire time to ensure everything was ready for the closing when we finally arrived back in the US.      
I would highly recommend Jackie to anyone looking for a home in the Wheaton area.  She made a difficult overseas move  much easier for us.   Her professionalism and wonderful personality make her a joy to work with.

Once we found it, she even helped us with the schools' appointments, and most important of all, she explained and guided us through the complete buying process (in Mexico is different).
